At 5:30pm the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #986 Salvador Mendoza, Jr., of Washington, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #1043 Arianna J. Freeman, of Pennsylvania, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Third Circuit and vote on the motion to invoke cloture.
