Confirmed, 60-31: Executive Calendar #1129, Doris L. Pryor to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit.

The Senate will convene at 10am on Tuesday, December 6, 2022.

At 12:00 Noon, the Senate will proceed to a vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination Frances Kay Behm to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

The Senate will recess from 12:30-2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.

At 2:20pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Kelley Brisbon Hodge to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

If cloture is invoked on the nominations, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes at 4:30pm:

  1. Confirmation of Frances Kay Behm to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.
  2. Confirmation of Kelley Brisbon Hodge to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Thursday, April 30th. Following Leader Remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each.

At approximately 11:30am, the Senate is expected to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on S.Res.690, an executive resolution authorizing the en bloc consideration in Executive Session of (49) certain nominations on the Executive Calendar.  If cloture is invoked on S.Res.690, all post-cloture time will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on adoption of the resolution at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader, no earlier than Friday, May 1st.

At approximately 1:45pm, a roll call vote on the motion to discharge S.J.Res 184, A joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (Schiff) is expected.
