Confirmed by a vote of 57-35: Executive Calendar #45 Patrice H. Kunesh to be Commissioner of the Administration for Native Americans, Department of Health and Human Services.

Cloture was invoked, 51-44: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #61 Daniel I. Werfel to be Commissioner of Internal Revenue for the term expiring November 12, 2027.

Motion to proceed to H.J.Res.26, Hagerty DC Crime Disapproval Resolution was agreed to by voice vote.
