The Senate will convene at 3:00 PM on Monday, February 28, 2022.
Following the prayer and pledge, Senator Leahy will be recognized to deliver Washington’s
Farewell Address.
At approximately 5:30 PM, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke
cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3755, a bill to protect a person’s ability to determine
whether to continue or end a pregnancy, and to protect a health care provider’s ability to provide
abortion services.
If cloture is invoked, there will be up to 30 hours of post-cloture debate time on the motion to
proceed.
If cloture is not invoked, the Senate will proceed to an immediate roll call vote on the motion to
invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.3076, a bill to provide stability to and enhance
the services of the United States Postal Service, and for other purposes.
Not agreed to, 46-48: Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R. 3755, a bill to

the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.3076, a bill to provide
stability to and enhance the services of the United States Postal Service, and for other purposes,
post-cloture.
The Senate will recess from 12:30 PM until 2:15 PM for the weekly party caucus lunches.

At 9:00 PM, President Joe Biden will deliver the State of the Union address from the Hall of the
House of Representatives.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Thursday, April 30th. Following Leader Remarks, the Senate will be in a period of Morning Business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to ten minutes each.
At approximately 11:30am, the Senate is expected to vote on the motion to invoke cloture on S.Res.690, an executive resolution authorizing the en bloc consideration in Executive Session of (49) certain nominations on the Executive Calendar. If cloture is invoked on S.Res.690, all post-cloture time will be considered expired and the Senate will vote on adoption of the resolution at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader, no earlier than Friday, May 1st.
At approximately 1:45pm, a roll call vote on the motion to discharge S.J.Res 184, A joint resolution to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress from the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (Schiff) is expected.
