By a vote of 53-45, the Senate confirmed Adriana Debora Kugler, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the unexpired term of fourteen years from February 1, 2012.

By a vote of 55-43, the Senate invoked cloture on Executive Calendar #253 Anna M. Gomez to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2021.

By a vote of 55-43, the Senate confirmed Executive Calendar #253 Anna M. Gomez to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2021.
