At 12:00pm noon, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #40, Gordon P. Gallagher to be United States District Judge for the District of Colorado.

Following the Gallagher vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly party caucus lunches.

At 2:15pm, the Senate will resume consideration of S.316, a bill to repeal the authorizations for use of military force against Iraq.
