Senator Warner asked for unanimous consent to discharge the nomination of Elizabeth Bagley, to be Ambassador to Brazil, from committee. There were no objections.

Invoked, 47-46: Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination Frances Kay Behm to be U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Invoked, 52-43: motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Kelley Brisbon Hodge to be US District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Confirmed, 52-44: the Senate voted to confirm Kelley Brisbon Hodge to be U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Confirmed, 49-47: the Senate voted to confirm Frances Kay Behm to be U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.
