Passed by a vote of 50-47: Passage of S.J.Res.55, Sullivan NEPA Permitting Reform CRA with Senator Manchin voting in the affirmative.

Confirmed, 67-29: Executive Calendar #1100, Roopali H. Desai to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

The Senate will next convene at 12 Noon on Saturday, August 6, 2022. The next vote will occur at 12:30pm on Saturday on the Motion to Discharge from the Environment and Public Works Committee the nomination of David Uhlmann to be to be an Assistant Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.

Leader Schumer announced he expects the Senate will vote on the Motion to Proceed to the Reconciliation legislation on Saturday afternoon.
