Leader Schumer filed cloture on the motion to proceed to S.4132 – A bill to protect a person’s ability to determine whether to continue or end a pregnancy, and to protect a health care provider’s ability to provide abortion services.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #865, Julia Ruth Gordon to be an Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

Invoked, 72-20: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #708, Ann Claire Phillips to be Administrator of the Maritime Administration.
