The Senate will convene on Friday, February 3rd at 11:00am for a pro forma session with no business conducted.

The Senate will convene at 3:00pm on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the Motion to Invoke Cloture on the nomination of DeAndrea Gist Benjamin to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit.

At 9:00pm, President Joe Biden will deliver the State of the Union address from the Hall of the House of Representatives in the U.S. Capitol. The Senate will begin gathering in the Senate Chamber at 8:20pm and depart from the Senate Chamber at 8:25pm to proceed as a body to the Hall of the House.

The Senate adjourned at 4:02pm.
