Invoked, 49-44: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #728, Kevin Warsh to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of fourteen years from February 1, 2026.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to two roll calls votes:

1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #728, Kevin Warsh to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of fourteen years from February 1, 2026.

2. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #727, Kevin Warsh to be Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of four years.
