The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

  1. Confirmation of Lisa DeNell Cook to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of fourteen years from February 1, 2024 (if cloture invoked).
  2. Motion to Invoke Cloture on Adriana Debora Kugler to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the unexpired term of fourteen years from February 1, 2012.

Cloture has been filed on Anna M. Gomez to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission for a term of five years from July 1, 2021.
