Confirmed, 48-46: Executive Calendar #649 Kevin Gafford Ritz to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.

The Senate will convene on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.

At 11:30am, , the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #778 Mary Kathleen Costello to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

At 3:30pm, the Senate is expected to proceed to a roll call vote on cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #413, S.4445, Right to IVF Act, upon reconsideration.

Leader Schumer has filed cloture on:

  1. Executive Calendar #651 Rebecca L. Pennell to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Washington.
  2. Executive Calendar #706 Michelle Williams Court to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California.

Floor Schedule

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, March 3. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R. 6644, the Housing for the 21st Century Act, post-cloture.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for weekly caucus meetings.
