Passed, 52-46: Passage of H.J.Res.42, Husted DOE Appliance Standards CRA.

Agreed to, 52-46: Motion to proceed to H.J.Res.75, Moody Commercial Freezer and Refrigerator Energy Standard CRA.

By a vote of 49-49, the Senate did not pass S.J.Res.49, Wyden National Emergency Designation (Global Tariffs).

By a vote of 50-49, the Senate agreed to the motion to table the motion to reconsider the failed passage of SJ Res 49, with Vice President Vance breaking the tie.

By a vote of 52-40, the Senate agreed to S.J.Res.31, Curtis EPA Emission Reclassification CRA.
