The Senate convened at 3:00pm.

Invoked, 51-46: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #371 Eric Chunyee Tung to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025.

At 11:30am, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #168, H.R.5371, Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2026.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm to 2:15pm for the weekly party caucus lunches.

 At 2:15pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #370 Joshua D. Dunlap to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit.

Leader Thune filed cloture on Executive Calendar #421 Caleb Orr to be an Assistant Secretary of State (Economic and Business Affairs).
