The Senate will convene at 11:30am on Friday, October 3rd, 2025.

At 1:30pm, on Friday, October 3rd, the Senate is expected to proceed to up to three roll call votes on the following:

  1. Adoption of Executive Calendar #2, S.Res.412 (an executive resolution authorizing the en bloc consideration in Executive Session of certain nominations on the Executive Calendar,).
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on motion to proceed to S. 2882, Democrat Continuing Resolution, upon reconsideration.
  3. (If cloture is not invoked) Motion to invoke cloture on motion to proceed to H.R. 5371, Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2026, upon reconsideration.

  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #829, Michael C. Martin, of Michigan, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.

At 2:00pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes on the following:

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #829, Michael C. Martin to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #831, Antonio M. Pozos to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #827, Daniel Mack Traynor to be United States Circuit Judge for the Eighth Circuit.
