Agreed to, 51-46: Motion to proceed to Cal. #315, H.J.Res.142, Scott (FL) D.C. Tax Disapproval Resolution.

The Senate will convene at 11:00am on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

At approximately 12:00 Noon, the Senate will vote on passage of H.J.Res.142, Scott (FL) D.C. Tax Disapproval Resolution.

The Senate will then resume consideration of the motion to proceed to Calendar #311, H.R.7147, Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2026. There will be up to 30 minutes of debate, equally divided, and upon the use or yielding back of time the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.7147.

The Senate adjourned at 7:00pm.
