  2. Executive Calendar #473 Lindsey Ann Freeman to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.

At 5:30pm on Monday, December 1st, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of David A. Bragdon to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
