The Senate convened at 11:00am.

Passed, 51-43: Passage of H.J.Res.130, Lummis Buffalo Resource Management Plan Amendment CRA.

By unanimous consent, the Senate passed S.222 – Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act of 2025, as amended.

Leader Thune filed cloture on the following nominations:

  1. David A. Bragdon to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
  2. Executive Calendar #473 Lindsey Ann Freeman to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.

At 5:30pm on Monday, December 1st, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of David A. Bragdon to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.

The Senate adjourned at 4:39pm.

  1. The nomination of John Thomas Shepherd to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas.
  2. The nomination of Christopher R. Wolfe to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Texas.
