Confirmed, (48-45): Confirmation of Executive Calendar #373, Stephen Chad Meredith to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Invoked, (50-45): Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #471 Rebecca L. Taibleson to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit.

Leader Thune filed cloture on the following nominations:

1. Jordan Emery Pratt to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida.

2. Edmund G. LaCour, Jr. to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama.

The Senate will convene at 3:00pm on Monday, October 27th, 2025.

Two votes at 5:30pm:

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #471 Rebecca L. Taibleson to be United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit.
  2. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #458 Bill Lewis to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Alabama.
