Invoked, 68-27: Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #25, S.316, Repealing the Authorizations for Use of Military Force (AUMF) Against

By a vote of 48-43, the Senate confirmed Executive Calendar #27 Jessica G. L. Clarke to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.

The Senate will convene for a pro forma session on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 8:45am.

The Senate will next convene at 3:00pm on Tuesday, March 21, 2023

At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to proceed to S.316, a bill to repeal the authorizations for use of military force against Iraq.

The Senate adjourned at 3:34pm.
