By unanimous consent, the Senate withdrew the cloture motions with respect to Murray amendment in the nature of a substitute (1292) and H.R.3935 (legislative vehicle for the Senate CR).

By voice vote, the Senate agreed to the motion to proceed to H.R. 5860 – Continuing Appropriations Act, 2024 and Other Extensions Act.
