11:15am – 2 roll call votes:
- Confirmation of Executive Calendar #736, Kathleen S. Lane, of Montana, to be United States District Judge for the District of Montana.
- Motion to Invoke Cloture on Executive Calendar #743, Jeffrey M. Kuhlman, of Kansas, to be United States District Judge for the District of Kansas.
Following the cloture vote on the Kuhlman nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly party caucus lunches.
If cloture is invoked, at 2:15pm the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #743, Jeffrey M. Kuhlman, of Kansas, to be United States District Judge for the District of Kansas.
