By a vote of 50-50, the Senate did not override the Veto in relation to S.J.Res. 11, Fischer Trucking Emissions CRA. A 2/3’s majority was needed.

Invoked, 51-50 with Vice President Harris voting in the affirmative: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #30 Natasha C. Merle to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

Confirmed, 50-49: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #30 Natasha C. Merle to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

Invoked, 97-2: Motion to invoke cloture on Treaties Cal. #1 (Treaty Doc. 112-8), Tax Convention with Chile.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Thursday, June 22nd, 2023.

At 11:45am, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on passage of Cal. #100, H.J.Res.44, Kennedy Pistol Brace CRA.

At 1:45pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on adoption of the Resolution of Advice and Consent to Ratification for Treaties Cal. #1, Tax Convention with Chile (Treaty Doc. 112-8).
