Confirmed, 53-45: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #377 Shanlyn A.S. Park to be United States District Judge for the District of Hawaii.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #263 Loren L. Ali Khan to be United States District Judge for the District of Columbia.

Leader Schumer filed cloture on Executive Calendar #144 Elizabeth H. Richard to be Coordinator for Counterterrorism, with the rank and status of Ambassador at Large.

Invoked, 80-17: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #223 Irma Carrillo Ramirez to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit.

Military Promotions Confirmed by Unanimous Consent: All nominations on the Secretary’s Desk in the Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Space Force.

The Senate adjourned at 3:08pm.

The Senate will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, December 4, 2023. At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #223 Irma Carrillo Ramirez to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit.
