The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.

  1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #705 Adam B. Abelson be United States District Judge for the District of Maryland.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #652 Jeannette A. Vargas to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York.

Following the cloture vote on the Vargas nomination, the Senate will recess for the weekly party caucus lunches.
