At approximately 12:00pm, the Senate will vote on passage of Cal. #203 S.J.Res.82, disapproving the rule submitted by the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services relating to “Policy on Adhering to the Text of the Administrative Procedure Act”. Following disposition of S.J.Res.82, the Senate will resume consideration of the en bloc nominations listed in S.Res.532, post-cloture.
