Confirmed, 52-43: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #144 James O’Neill to be Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Invoked, 52-43 : Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #120 John Andrew Eisenberg to be an Assistant Attorney General.

Invoked, 49-40: Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #111 Brett Shumate to be an Assistant Attorney General.

The Senate will convene at 3:00pm on Monday, June 9th.

  1. Confirmation of the nomination of Brett Shumate to be an Assistant Attorney General.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of David Fotouhi to be Deputy Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.
