    • Confirmation of the nomination of William Long to be Commissioner of Internal Revenue for the remainder of the term expiring November 12, 2027.

(Following disposition of the Long nomination, the Senate will resume Legislative session and consideration of S.1582, a bill to provide for the regulation of payment stablecoins, and for other purposes. All post-cloture time with respect to the Hagerty-Gillibrand substitute amendment (2307) will be considered expired, and Senator Merkley or his designee will be recognized to move to table Thune amendment (2310).
