Not invoked, 51-44: Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Cal. #413, S.4445, Duckworth IVF bill, upon reconsideration.

Confirmed, 52-41: Confirmation of Executive Calendar #778 Mary Kathleen Costello to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

At 11:45am, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #706 Michelle Williams Court to be United States District Judge for the Central District of California.

Further votes are possible during Wednesday’s session of the Senate.

Cloture has been withdrawn with respect to Executive Calendar #651 Rebecca L. Pennell to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Washington.

Cloture has been filed on Executive Calendar #700 Rose E. Jenkins to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court for a term of fifteen years.

The Senate will convene at 10:00am on Thursday, July 10, 2025.

At 11:00am, the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes relative to the following:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Jonathan Gould to be Comptroller of the Currency for a term of five years.
  2. Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Whitney D. Hermandorfer to be United States Circuit Judge for the Sixth Circuit.

If cloture is invoked on the Hermandorfer nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination at a time to be determined on Monday July 14th by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader.

At approximately 1:45pm, if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Gould nomination.
