Under a unanimous consent agreement, all debate time will expire at 1:30 PM. It is expected that the Senate will then begin a “vote-a-rama” on amendments to the reconciliation bill and final passage.

At 11:00 AM there will be a bipartisan, bicameral remembrance ceremony for the 12th Anniversary of September 11th at the East Front of the Capitol.
